Fleet app - Fleet Overview

The Fleet app provides a powerful feature called Fleet Overview, designed to give users a comprehensive snapshot of their fleet's performance. This overview includes customizable dashboard widgets and a collection of predefined reports configured specifically for the application, helping users monitor key metrics and make informed decisions with ease.

How to access:

On the main screen of the fleet app, press the icon represented by a graph. 

Once that is open, you will see a page with 2 tabs, one for the dashboard and the other for the reports.

Dashboard

The widgets are configured on the web platform and can also be viewed in the Fleet app. It’s important to enable this feature for your application to stay informed about key aspects of your fleet—anytime, anywhere.

By tapping on each widget, you can view detailed information about the assets that have met the specified threshold.

Reports:

To gain a deeper understanding of your fleet beyond the dashboard insights, you can navigate to the Reports tab. It offers quick access to the most valuable fleet data, as configured in the web application. Here, you can view both default and custom reports, allowing you to track current and historical performance with ease.

What’s more, reports can be shared instantly with third parties who need access to this information, making collaboration seamless and efficient.

How to use:

1. Press on the Reports tab and select the interest report 

2. Fill in the report parameters

3. Run the report 

4. You can zoom in or out to view the data.

5. The share button from he top right corner will open the phone sharing options.
