All my assets are offline!
The most common problem when all assets go offline is that your firewall blocks traffic from your trackers.
Steps to follow:
1. Go to Main Menu > Site Admin › Devices › Listeners
2. Click on the device Listener
3. Press on the Test connection button.
If the test fails, please verify your firewall.
Please note that the Device Listener may not be available on GpsGate Cloud. If you need the port to be opened, contact the support team for assistance.
