Accessing the Device Commands panel
You can find the Device Command Panel under: Main Menu → Site Admin → Diagnostics → Device Commands
How to Use :
Select Time and Date Range:
Choose the specific time and date range that interests you.
Queue Tick Box Section:
- Commands sent via Internet are labeled as Commands.
- Commands sent via SMS are labeled as SMS.
Filtering Options:
- You can view a particular command by selecting its type.
- Selecting "None" will display the entire command history.
- Use the search bar to filter results by device or user.
- Additionally, filter results based on command status.
Exporting Data:
Click the Export CSV button to download the displayed data to your computer.
Updating the Status:
Click the Update button to refresh and reload the current status of the commands.
Command Status Explanation
Pending: The command is currently ongoing.
Queued: The command is waiting in the queue or awaiting the device to connect.
Succeeded: The command has been successfully sent.
Failed: The command could not be delivered or timed out in the queue.
Aborted: The command was manually aborted or canceled by an operator or admin.
By utilizing these features, the Device Command Panel ensures seamless monitoring and management of fleet command history, allowing for efficient troubleshooting and operational oversight.
