Maintenance - Create corrective service from a task

If any tasks within the original Preventive or Corrective service remain incomplete, there is the flexibility to generate a corrective service directly from the specific task. This feature allows for addressing outstanding items and ensuring comprehensive maintenance and correction measures.

Web Application:

In case the service has been partially executed, the system will showcase the number of completed tasks either on the dashboard or within the Logs if the service has been marked as closed.

For example, 1 of 2 has been done for Vehicle 'Simulator 3':

1. Open the Service and identify which task requires further attention

2. Press on Create Service from Task Button

3. Edit the task with the required resources and information. Make sure you are selecting the next scheduled day for this task

4. Save the new Corrective Service.

This service will be now displayed in the Dashboard and on the mobile. 

Maintenance Mobile: Create Service from Task

1. From the main list, select the service and press on the task

2. On the Task page on the top right, there is a square icon. This option will create a copy of the existing task which can be edited and scheduled in the system.

3. If it is presumed that the available light bulbs are incompatible with the vehicle, a new task will be generated, requiring the fleet operator/manager to procure replacement items.

- The Service Name can be changed from the original one and the Service Description. 

- Select the Due Date and Notice time. 

- Save

4. The current task can be marked as Not Completed - Submitted and Closed. This will flag to the operator/manager to create the corrective service. 

This service will be now displayed in the Dashboard and on the mobile.
