Maintenance - Add Resources
Resources encompass all elements necessary for maintaining a vehicle in optimal condition. These can be broadly categorised into two main groups: Physical Resources and Human Resources. Both are essential to guarantee effective and efficient vehicle maintenance.
Incorporating these resources enables the fleet manager to estimate maintenance costs and assess resource availability for scheduled dates.
How to add Resources:
Once the Maintenance has been enabled and setup
1. Press on the hamburger menu in the Maintenance window and select Resources:
2. This window displays all the resources created and available in the Maintenance. Press on the + Resource button to start this list.
3. Fill the new resources with the required details and Save.
Add all the necessary maintenance resources in the same manner.

Planned Resources in Dashboard:
Once the Service Schedules have been set for the vehicles the Dashboard Resources will provide an overview of the assets required and the cost for those. Read more on customising the Resources Dashboard here.
Used Resources in Logs:
Moreover, the Logs provide the data for Used resources in the past. Historical data from logs helps you understand how resource usage fluctuates over time, enabling you to predict future needs and budget accordingly.
For example, the Simulator 2 vehicle had a Small Maintenance service in February 2023. This data can be found in the Used Resources under Logs.
