The resource and labour costs are managed through the Resources window or when adding preventive, corrective or historical maintenance services!
How to edit resource and labor costs
The costs of resources and labour are set in the Resources window, however, it is also possible for the technician to edit it using the mobile app when working on the service or for the fleet manager working through the maintenance window or when adding/editing the historical maintenance services.
To enable editing the cost of the resources in the individual tasks, enable 'Edit costs' when adding a task to a maintenance service. Read more on adding tasks to preventive, corrective or historical maintenance services!
This setup can now be used to view planned resource and labor costs and historical resource and labor costs
