Delete Asset

If an asset is no longer in use or needed, you can choose to delete it from the system.

⚠️ Warning: Once an asset is deleted, all its history data, event records, and related information will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone or recovered.

How to delete the asset:

1. Right-click on the asset and find the "Edit" menu

2. On the pop-up window, find the "Delete" button in the bottom right corner. 

3. Confirm if the asset can be deleted. 

4. Once done, the asset will be removed from the system. 

5. If the asset is shared across multiple applications, please double-check whether it has also been removed from the other applications (for example, due to the User Sync plugin settings). More information about User Sync
