ORBCOMM Device Cloud setup

A secure platform for managing and monitoring IoT devices and data in real time over satellite and cellular networks.

Orbcomm Device Cloud is fetching the messages though: http://versa1.skywave.com:5101/xml/dapi-xml1

Please read and follow the initial guide for the ORBCOMM device setup, then continue with this guide. 

How to set up in GpsGate : 

1. Log in to Site Admin (Legacy).
2. Go to Devices → ORBCOMM.
3. Click New.
4. Enter Username and Password and select IDP

5. If necessary due to your ORBCOMM setup, add the Subaccount ID; otherwise, leave it blank. 

6. Insert the Organisation Name 
7. Save.

8. Click Start Connector 

How to add an asset to the application

1. Log in to your application
2. Click  +Asset in the Assets panel
3. Select asset hardware → ORBCOMM GT1100.
4. Fill in the ID of the tracker.
5. Enter a Username and a Display Name for this asset.
6. Save the setup. 

8. Click Save.
