Reprocessing tracks

Reprocessing tracks allows the system to recalculate the distance of trips and standstills. Reprocessing can be useful if new data is introduced in the system after the reports have already been processed.

How to reprocess track data

1. Go to Site Admin › Diagnostics › Reprocess track data

2. Select the Application + Users + Date parameters.

4. Click Reprocess.

5. Click on Yes, reprocess track data to confirm
