How to Run Reports in GpsGate

This article will guide you through the steps to run the default reports available in GpsGate, helping you get started quickly and efficiently.

Steps to Run a Default Report

1. Log in to the Application
   Start by logging in to your GpsGate application with your credentials.
2. Access the Reports Menu
   • Click on the Main Menu.
   • Navigate to Reports.
   • Select one of the available default reports.
3. Configure Report Parameters
   Before running the report, you’ll need to set the appropriate parameters:
   • Date Range
   • Tag
   • Asset Name

1. For Event Rule Reports
   If you're running a report related to event rules, you must also:
   • Select the specific Event Rule Name associated with the report.

Run or Download the Report

• Click Run to view the report in your browser.
• Alternatively, choose Download from the dropdown menu to save the report to your device.
