GpsGate Account Usage
How can I see my account usage?
While signed in as an admin, go to Main Menu > Site Admin > Billing within an application. You can explore detailed account activity by product/feature and by customer application.

I’ve reached the license limit. How do I add more licenses?
If you’ve reached the maximum number of licenses. Please contact our support team to increase your license limit. You can open a support ticket.
Billing and payment
When will I be charged?
GpsGate charges on a monthly schedule based on your actual account usage. You will receive an email statement from GpsGate and a receipt from FastSpring, our payment processor.
How is my monthly fee determined?
You are charged only for your actual account usage. Your fee is based on the average number of devices tracked throughout the month.
Please note: there is a 5-device minimum for GpsGate Cloud. If you have fewer than 5 devices, you will still be charged for 5 devices per month.
Which currency do I pay in?
Depending on your country of residence, payments are made in either USD or euros.
Which forms of payment does GpsGate accept?
GpsGate accepts all major credit cards in addition to PayPal. For larger transactions, you can pay via a bank transfer. Please contact us for details.
Account cancellation
How do I cancel my account?

What happens to my data if I cancel my account?
GpsGate Cloud: You will need to export your data. GpsGate does not retain archived data for clients more than two weeks after cancellation or non-payment.
GpsGate On-site: You will retain access to your historical data for all devices. No new data will be written with the exception of your five trial tracked devices. GpsGate On-site lets you track five devices for free, and these will continue to function. No new data can be received if you have more than 5 devices registered.
How does the 30-day risk-free trial work?
We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied with GpsGate Cloud for any reason, simply cancel your account by contacting support@gpsgate.com within 30 days of your account registration, or simply press the Cancel Subscription in the Billing page. If you cancel before 30 days, no payment will be required, and you will never receive an invoice.
If I unsubscribe from GpsGate, can I use the same email address to subscribe again later?
Yes, you can typically use the same email address to subscribe again after unsubscribing. However, please note that once an account is terminated, the associated server and data are permanently deleted within a maximum of 2 days. After this period, the account cannot be reactivated, and a new setup will be required.
