How to Locate and Share Your Subscription ID
This guide will help you find your Subscription ID, which may be required by our support team in certain situations.
What is the Subscription ID?
The Subscription ID is a unique identifier assigned to each server created in GpsGate for on-site and cloud customers. It helps us identify and assist with any server-specific issues you may be experiencing.
When might you need the Subscription ID?
There are several instances where a Subscription ID is necessary, such as:
- Troubleshooting server-specific issues.
- Account or billing inquiries.
- Subscription-related questions.
How to Locate and Copy the Subscription ID:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Site Admin > Billing
2. Find the Subscription ID:
In the Billing window, look at the top-right corner. You'll see a long code displayed. This is your Subscription ID, and it is unique to each server.
3. Copy the Subscription ID:
Press the small button next to the code to copy the Subscription ID to your clipboard.
4. Share the ID with Support:
When required, paste and share the copied Subscription ID with support agents to ensure quick and efficient assistance.
