.NET Framework 4.8 system requirement

.NET Framework 4.8 Runtime is required in order to update GpsGate Server. If you attempt to update your server without a current version, you will receive an error.

Error: Microsoft. Net Framework 4.8 Runtime is required on your server in order to continue the installation.

In order to fix this error and update your server, please follow these steps: 

1. Visit https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net48
2. Download and install .NET Framework 4.8 Runtime
