How to install a specific plugin ?

Please note that if your system is running an older Update v5 version, you cannot install a single plugin. Your platform must be updated to the latest version to enable the installation of individual plugins.

Install a new plugin from Site Admin (Legacy)

To install a new plugin for a report, tool, or other features, navigate to Site Admin (Legacy) and then select Plugins.

1. Switch the tab to Get More Plugins

2. Search for the plugin that you are looking for and press the Install button 

3. The installation has started, now you can follow the instructions from the screen. 

Install a New Device Plugin

To install a new tracker plugin, you can either follow the instructions mentioned earlier or complete the installation directly within the application while adding the tracker:

  1. Tap on + Asset in the application.
  2. Create a name for your asset and select the tracker tracker model. If the plugin is not already installed, you will have the option to select Install Plugin from this section.

Note: If you are running an old system version, there will be a pop-up asking you to proceed with the server updates:

3. The installation will load and once it is completed, follow the instructions from the screen. 

Keep Your Platform Updated with the Latest Plugin Versions

We enhance our system every month, and we recommend keeping your platform up to date with the latest plugins. Updates can be applied either through the application pop-up notifications or manually via Site Admin (Legacy).
