Driver name does not show up

Problem

The driver's name does not show up in the Vehicle list.

There might be multiple possible causes for this issue to happen:

Case 1: The driver event rule is not properly set up.

Case 2: The driver user is missing.

Case 3: The driver ID used in the driver user does not match the Ibutton/RFID information the device sends.

Case 4: The GPS device is sending the Ibutton/RFID information, not in order (sends in priority mode).

Case 1: make the Driver event rule as described in this guide.

Case 2: create the driver user as described in this guide.

Case 3: Make sure you use the same ID as the driver user to match the ID the device sends.
