Driver name does not show up

Problem

The driver's name does not show up in the Asset list.

Vehicle tracking dashboard with speed and address.

There might be multiple possible causes for this issue to happen:

Case 1: The Driver is missing.

Case 2: The Driver ID does not match the Driver ID reported by the tracker.

Case 3: The GPS tracker is sending the Ibutton/RFID information, not in order (sends in priority mode).

Case 1: Create the Driver from Main Menu → Fleet → Drivers.

Case 2: Make sure the Driver ID matches the Driver ID reported by the tracker.
