How to make Site Admin users change their passwords frequently

To improve your server security, you can force Site Admin users to change their passwords with certain frequency. To do so, follow these steps:

Enabling password change frequency

An administrator user can update this setting from within any application.

1. From the main menu, choose Server Administration -> Server -> Settings


2. Go to the Security tab. Click the lock and enter your password to make changes.


3. Enable Password Expiration and change the setting to the desired number of days. 


Optionally, as seen in the image, you can also enable the strong password feature, automatic logout, 2 factor authentication, and more to improve security in your server even more.

4. Click on Save.

Now the server will ask Site Admin users' to change their passwords after the chosen number of days.
