Add a user as an administrator of multiple applications

With this method you will be able to access multiple applications with a user of your choice.

This is typically useful if you are a Site Admin user and want to "jump" between applications easily using the application selector as shown in the image below:

Note: you need to log in with a Site Admin user to perform this task.

How to do it

1. Log in to Site Admin

2. Select an application to access its properties

3. On Administrator, select Add Administrator

4. Select Add existing

5. Select your user and click on Add

6. Click on Save to save the application changes

Now you've added your user as an administrator of an application.

Repeat these steps on each application you want your user to have access to.
