Getting started with the Dispatch app

Dispatch is a powerful tool for mobile workforces. Jobs and routes are managed in the Vehicle Tracker (by operators and those in the office) and most often updated and completed in the Dispatch mobile app (for the workers out in the field).

After you have the Dispatch basics in place, you are ready to roll out the Dispatch app to field workers.

Step 1: Worker setup

Your mobile workforce must be configured in your Vehicle Tracker. In order to be assigned jobs and use the Dispatch app, workers must be added in the Vehicle Tracker.

Step 2: App setup

After the workers are set up in the Vehicle Tracker, they can start using the Dispatch app to update and complete jobs.
