Schedule reports to run and send automatically via email
To send automated reports to your users, you need to set up the Email Schedule option in the Reports configuration. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your application and go to Reports > Manage Reports.
- Edit the report you want to schedule.
- Select the Email schedule option and configure the parameters of your preferences.
Note: in Recipients, you need to select a tag (you can configure tags in Admin > Tags) with at least one user (preferably an Operator user type) that contains an email address in its properties.
- Now you can preview your report. When you are satisfied, click on Save.
