FU1009 Fuel Refilled detailed (Tag)

This report presents daily fuel refill data for assets within the selected time period, grouped by asset and based on the Fuel Level signal.

Details included in the report

  • Total Refills: The number of refills recorded during the selected period.
  • Date: The specific date when each refill occurred.
  • Start Time: The exact time the refill was logged.
  • Location: The address where the refill took place.
  • Fuel Level Before Refill: The fuel level in the asset before the refill.
  • Fuel Level After Refill: The fuel level in the asset after the refill was completed.
  • Fuel Refilled: The amount of fuel added during the refill.
  • Total: The sum of refills over the selected days.

Step 1: Installing the Refilled Report  

Follow these steps to install the FU1009 - Fuel Refilled on your server:

1. Log in to your Site Admin (Legacy).
2. Import the attached template - FU1009 - Fuel Refilled detailed (Tag). (Find the attachment at the end of the guide)

Step 2: Configuring the Device Mapper

Make sure your Fuel level signal is mapped to the variable FuelLevel. The device input on your tracker may have a different name than shown below, but it must be mapped exactly to FuelLevel.

Step 3: Configuring the Event Rule

1. Enable Privileges: Ensure the following privileges are activated:  _ImportTemplate,  _EditScriptExpression. (from Privileges and Plugins)

2. Import the Event Rule: Import the Detect Fuel Refilled event rule into your Application.(Find the attachment at the end of the guide)

Step 4: Configuring and activating the Report

1. Activate the report by enabling the privilege in the application.

2. Create an instance of the report in the application and update the parameters with the event rule Detect Fuel Refilled.
