How to Reset Your Password Using the Fleet App

This article provides step-by-step instructions for using the "Forgot Password" option in the Fleet app.
Requirements
Before using the "Forgot Password" feature, ensure the following:
- Enable the privilege _ChangePassword in the Privileges and Plugins settings of your application.
Steps to reset your password from your mobile:
1. Open the Fleet App
- Launch the Fleet app on your mobile device.
2. Encounter an Error?
- If you see the error message, "Wrong username or password", after attempting to log in with your last known password twice, tap the "Forgot Password?" button.
3. Provide Your Credentials
- If you have logged in before, Your username will be automatically populated.
- Alternatively, you can enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Check Your Email
- Open your inbox and look for the *Password Recovery* email.
- Click the Reset Password button in the email.
5. Reset Your Password
- You will be redirected to a password reset form.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
6. Save and Login
- Save the changes.
- Return to the Fleet app and log in using your new password.
